my ugly stick fishing rod broke, is there a garuantee, and how do I use it?

I have two ugly stick fishing rods, and two of theyre real as well. I love them, but one of my sticks broke, and I thought there garauntee for them, but I do not know how to get information to replace it. Does anyone have any suggestions.
