What is the best marine GPS software for a casual boater?
I have a USB based GPS unit and laptop. So instead drop $ 1000 on marine GPS, I hope to find decent software and only bring the laptop with me. Who makes a good software for this? Search the web but not finding a whole lot.
rather than risk your laptop, only moisture alone, not to mention rain or spray, I would consider a cheaper shipping one.
